Erik DeLapp
Erik is a firefighter with the Montgomery. He was the first person to join the department after contacting us from the website; and is now State Certified. He was born in Fairfield, Ca. He likes Pizza and the movie Super Troopers. His first major fire was the Town & Country fire.

WORKING FIRE ON AIRY STREET
Date: 2/26/07 The Norristown Fire Department responded to 416 W. Airy St. after a police officer discovered flames coming from the first floor of a 3-story dwelling. Norristown police evacuated all occupants with only minor injuries. Norristown Firefighters made a quick and agressive attack bringing the fire under control soon after arrival. Firefighters also saved both homes to each side of the original fire building.
VEHICLE RESCUE
Date: 2/9/07 The Norristown Fire Department was dispatched to Dekalb and Basin Streets at 6:40am for a female victim trapped in her vehicle following a three vehicle crash. The victim was extricated by the fire department and flown to a trauma unit in Philadelphia.
